How do I clean my apparel?
All Hats, Ruffle Lace Rompers, Pettiskirts Leggings are hand wash in cold water and lay out to dry.
Is your inventory up to date on your website?
Yes, I update it daily. You will see an "out of stock" comment under the item descriptions.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final sales. If an item is defected I need to be contacted within 2 days of you receiving the item. Shipping is final sale and you would need to shipped the item back at your cost. Items being returned for an exchange, needs to be mailed back (with tracking number) or dropped off, within 2 days.
Hand made product..
Keep in mind that most of these items are hand made by my myself and will sometime will not be 100% as seen in pictures. Mounting, colours may vary.
Big quantity orders - Please give us 3 to 5 weeks to process large quantity orders of the same unit.
What age can my child be to start wearing hair clips?
We don't recommend for Children under 3 as small pieces can be a chocking hazard. We recommend that if you used them on small children, only with adult supervision. Please take them off your child when taking a nap, at daycare, in the car and when you are not in their care.
Each monitor is different and can reflect a different colour. Please contact us if you are unsure of the colour or if you need to customize the colour/s
We offer RUSH ORDER for $10.00 extra charge. Within 48 hours, your order will be processed and ready for pickup or dropped off at a Canada Post outlet. This $10.00 fee doesn't cover the shipping cost. Please choose $7.99 in you need tracking and sooner. All rush orders exclude preorders.
How long can you hold pickup orders?
We can hold pickup orders for 2 weeks. Please contact us before ordering if you need a longer time frame.
How long does it take for my order to be ready?
It can be 4-7 business days (not including weekends). It depends on the size of the order. Custom orders can take longer, please contact us for a quote.
How long does it take to be shipped?
All orders will be ready to be shipped in 2-4 business working days. Parcels will be shipped with Canada Post. Please allow 2-5 days for local deliveries and 5-10 across Canada.
Please let us know asap if your order didn't arrive. It can happen sometime that Canada Post has lost your parcel and we would have to open a claim with them that can take 2-3 weeks. We apologize as we have no control over them. You can also open a claim with them by calling them and giving them yout tracking #.
